A few points worthy of note as you work through the sections.

There are many animations, simulations, movies and quizzes within this resource. In order for you to see them work on your computer, it is essential you have the Flash Player installed on your machine.

To be honest, you will probably find that the movies work fine; so you won't need to do anything yourself. However, if you find they don't work, please click the image below to start the really easy install process.

Another helpful tip is to make use of full-screen mode. You can access full screen mode in all activities within the site that open up in their own window. There will always be a reminder on these activities that full-screen playback is available.

To change to full screen if using a PC, simply press the F11 key, which is above the delete key at the end of the line of numbers at the top of your keyboard.

The site contains some carefully chosen links to external sites. Whilst we take every reasonable precaution we can to ensure that the content of these links remain suitable to our target audience, it is important for teachers to check external links themselves before allowing their class to have access to them.
